Stickwithus are based in Haslingden, Rossendale, Lancashire and carry large stocks of adhesive products, this is how we can deliver your order quickly.
Because of the nature of our products, we use specially selected carriers to ensure safe and prompt delivery to you. A small carriage charge will be added to your order to cover our costs.
Our products vary from 20 grams, for example a small bottle of superglue, to 25 kilo bags of powder floor adhesive, screed or levelling compound, so we feel by providing a weight based postage system this is the most cost effective and fair system for our mail order customers. We want to be very clear about our post charges, so there are no hidden surprises. Of course we welcome order collections from our trade counter in Haslingden, however if you require delivery, small items will go via Royal Mail, larger items will go via courier and will be charged according to weight automatically. Please remember to choose which option you prefer from the postage drop down menu at checkout as our system will default to the cheapest option ie. collection from store.
Our Bulk Bag/Tub Deals of wall and floor tile adhesive and levelling compound provide an exception to the weight based postage system. All of these deals can be delivered to mainland U.K. free of a delivery charge and this will be stated in the product description. Please allow 2-3 days for free delivery (bulk buy deals only). There will be a charge for delivery of these deals to Offshore UK (Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles) and details of this cost can be supplied upon request. For deliveries, most of our orders are despatched the same day as we receive them, but sometimes we need a couple of days to fulfill orders depending on stock; we will of course inform you of any delays and part-despatch orders if required.
Postage Prices - Mainland U.K*.
All orders are available to collect from our Haslingden trade counter, Rossendale, Lancashire. If you require a delivery, we use Royal Mail 1st Class post for light orders and this option, if applicable, will be displayed above the Courier option at checkout. Finally, next working day couriers are used for heavier and urgent orders, and this option is the final selection available in the drop down menu for postage at checkout. Saturday deliveries are available together with before 9am, 10am & 12noon options, but all these will incur an additional charge. Quotes can be obtained by request.
For next day delivery, orders need to be placed before 2.15pm. Orders placed after 2.15pm on Thursday will be processed on Friday for standard delivery the following Monday. Deliveries will not be processed until the next available working day for orders received on Bank Holidays and during the Christmas holiday period.
*Central Belt of Scotland and Scottish Highlands may incur additional delivery charges and may also be despatched on a 2 day minimum service dependent on location. If there are any additional charges, we will contact Customers to confirm prior to releasing your order.

Finally, although we make every effort to ensure your order gets to you quickly, we would always suggest that you order in advance of when you actually require goods. Please note damages and losses do sometimes occur and we will do our up most to try to resolve these problems as quickly as possible.
